Chief Operating Officer

Position: Remote (Work From Home)

Synamate, a leading marketing automation and lead management platform, is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented COO to oversee day-to-day operations, product development (IT), and customer success & services. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction across all operational functions, including DFY Projects, product development (IT), and customer success & services.
Foster a high-performing culture that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and execution of operational plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
Manage and optimize core business processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional development.
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead management.
Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage financial performance and budgeting processes.
Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company.
Proven track record of success in scaling operations and driving growth.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue streams.
Strong operational acumen with expertise in process optimization and efficiency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative and results-oriented leadership style.
Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Passion for marketing automation and the SaaS industry.
